I specifically changed to this hotel because the weather was very hot and I checked and they confirmed the room was airconditioned. The rooom was horrifically hot and in the end had to pay a cleaning person to find a fan. Do not stay here
We had to wait for an empty table in a small area for breakfast
A clean efficient room in a great location. In the heart of Rome next to shops and the Vatican City. Staff and free breakfast were very good.
The only problem was that the showerhead fell apart and the light over the bathroom sink went out and neither were replaced during our stay.
Excellent location for visiting Vatican city and the rest of Rome.
No pool. Could have been cleaner.
friendly, personally and harmonic atmosphere at the hotel. Clean rooms, (cleaning also sunday), tasty breakfest with good italian coffee.
Perfect location if you like to explore the city by walking. Quiet at night. Also very clean.
The location of hotel Excel Rome St-Peter is very good: near the Vaticano and metrostation Ottavius.
We had a room without a window (only a dormer in the roof). Sometimes the hotel forgot to change the towels and the offer for breakfast was unilaterally.
Everything was perfect! I love the place and definitely I will be back here! Keep it up guyz!
Don't have service except for room service and breakfast! I was really in need with th ironer and they don't have it due to the limited space of the hotel!
We were a party of 10 people including 4 children visiting Rome ( Vatican) for one night and found the room comfortable and good choice of breakfast. Close to Vatican where we wanted to be. Staff very pleasant. Enjoyed our stay and would book this Hotel again.
Modern, recently renovated, clean, efficient, small and personal. Location won over and I came back to this hotel a second time because of its location and I was familiar with the area the second time. A small thing, but the second time I stayed there, the cover over the wires near the floor in the bathroom had come off. Pity these small things that could easily be fixed let this place down a bit. Also, dont count on any views from the windows. Other than that, good hotel for the price in Rome which is a tough ask.
The first time I stayed there, they gave me a bed that was broken and held up by some bricks that were covered in a towel. The bed did still function ok but I didnt feel cmfortable sleeping in a broken bed. After some reminding, they were happy to change my room.
Friendly staff speak English helpfull with the needed informatione.water, juice and pastry avilabul all day in the receptione erea. Fast and flaxuble check in and check out.we enjoed our stay in this Hotle and in Rome.
It was a very pleasant stay for me, my wife and our 7 year old daughter. The room was spacious by Rome standards. The staff was courteous and helpful. We went there to visit the Vatican and it's location cannot be better.
The shower area is small, but it is a general Italian thing, I guess
The location of the hotel is fantastic, with the Vatican only a 5 min walk away and one of the best Gelateria's (The Old Bridge) jin Rome, just round the corner. The quality and cleanliness of the hotel is very high. We had complimentary pastries and drink in reception throughout the day which was an unexpected bonus.
The staff were very friendly and gave us recommendations for places to eat and other requests. The rooms were very clean and the AC worked really well. It was 37 while we were there. Very nice breakfast with cappuccinos. We had two rooms, we arrived at noon and they had one room ready for us.
Nothing. Everything was fantastic.
rooms were newly renovated. i like the design, the staff were nice and freindly.
parking is a big problem
